Live Masterclass Sessions
For live or scheduled masterclass events:

- 50% refund available if requested between 3-7 days before the start date
- No refund available if requested less than 3 days before or after the event begins
- Technical difficulties on our platform may warrant exceptions at our discretion
Subscription Services
For recurring subscription plans:
- Cancellation may be requested at any time through your account settings
- Refunds for the current billing period are provided on a prorated basis if requested within 7 days of renewal
- No refunds are provided for previous billing periods

Account credits do not expire and remain available for future use. Credits cannot be transferred to other accounts or redeemed for cash.
